1. 由於雲石屬天然材料，每件產品均有獨特紋理及色差，本公司不接受因紋理差異提出的退貨要求。
2. 若產品於送貨時出現破損或數量錯誤，顧客需於收貨後 3日內 提出申請並附上照片證明，本公司將安排更換或退款。
3. 退貨產品必須保持全新、未安裝及原包裝狀態，否則恕不接受。
4. 特製或度身訂造之產品，一律不設退換或退款。
5. 退款將於退貨確認後 14個工作天內 退回至原付款方式。

1. As marble is a natural material, each product has unique patterns and color variations. Returns due to such differences will not be accepted.
2. If products are damaged or incorrect upon delivery, customers must submit a claim with photo proof within 3 days of receipt. The Company will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Otherwise, the return request will be rejected.
4. Customized or tailor-made products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after return confirmation, and credited to the original payment method.
